ID to join) and posting is not restricted.  Offensive posts will be removed; addresses and ID's identified as having delivered "spam" to the forum are banned immediately.  Members may elect several e-mail options, or may select 'no e-mail' and can check the forum home page for postings.  Postings and replies can be sent via internet mail or can be performed directly at the forum home page.
